Female roommate needed 11/1 (Capitol Hill)
Looking for a female roommate to fill a vacated room in a spacious 3-bedroom row house on Capitol Hill! Rent is $800/month plus utilities; month-to-month rental agreement available for November through the end of May. There is some flexibility on the move-in date, within the time frame of late October, early November. The house is at 13th and E SE, conveniently across the street from Safeway, next to Frager’s Hardware, and a 5-minute walk to the Potomac Ave metro stop (blue/orange/silver lines). Room can be provided furnished or unfurnished. Free in-unit washer and dryer. The two current roommates are a graduate student and a young professional, both Christian women in our mid-twenties who attend Grace DC. We are looking for someone who will not only be a good roommate, but a good friend.
