$620/room for rent in the Clarendon Metro Area--CF Wanted

One bedroom available beginning October 1 in Clarendon home. Rent is

$620/month.  Utilities range from $75-$125 each month depending on the

season. There is some flexibility regarding move-in dates.

Our home is tucked away between two beautiful communities in Clarendon:

Ashton Heights & Lyon Park. We are located exactly one mile from the

Clarendon metro. We have two fireplaces and hardwood floors throughout our

home. The basement is half-finished and currently being used for storage.

Washer and dryer are available. We also have a private driveway with plenty

of parking space and easy bus access to the Rosslyn metro.

The three of us are in our late 20s.  We generally have active

social lives but a quiet home life (although guests, hosting small groups,

etc. are always welcome!).  In the past, we have found a good balance between

spending time together and respecting each other's space. If you're

My name is Isabel Camero. I am 32 years old. I will move to DC in the next following weeks; as soon as I find a place  I will be working in Bethesda, Maryland as a real estate agent but I am looking to rent a basement or room in DC.

I found your post on the Theater Church forum. I am almost done reading a book from Mark Batterson and that is how I found out about NCC  My cousin lived in DC for a while and she attended NCC as well. She passed the forum info to me 

I would like to know a little about the room / rent info:

Is the room still available? 

1) Is the room furnished? Will I have a bed, closet, dresser and night stand?

2) Will I have private room and bathroom?
5) Could you please send some pics of the room and bath?
