WANTED: CF Roommate In Fairfax City to Share A Home
WANTED: A Christian woman to join me in a spacious, 2br/2bth, peaceful, single family home located in the heart of Fairfax City, VA.
THE COST: Monthly rent is $1000 (plus one month's rent as deposit) with ALL UTILITIES included (Internet, Gas, Electric, Water, Hulu, and NetFlix).
WHATS YOUR'S: bedroom and private bath (to only share when friends visiting).
WHAT TO SHARE: Common areas. Home has hardwood floors, modern appliances, large fireplace, private and large backyard, dinning room, kitchen and living room. House is fully furnished and street parking is available.
ABOUT YOUR ROOMMATE: 1 active, fun, caring, tidy, professional, strong Christian women in her mid-30 and a super sweet, quiet doodle who loves everyone. We enjoy building peaceful community at home and would love to welcome you!
Other particulars: The home is in the heart of Fairfax City, so you are within walking distance of George Mason University (GMU), Starbucks, Panera, Green Turtle, the library, Giant, the metrobus stop, and a ton of other amenities like TJ MAX and Title Boxing. For getting to work/school – less then 1 mile to GMU, 15 mins to Vienna Metro (Orange Line), 10 mins to 66, and 10 min to 495.
