CM Needed ASAP for Capitol Hill Apartment $650 or $800/month (Amazing Location)
About the Place: 2-bedroom Capitol Hill apartment, shared with two other Christian guys. We are looking for someone to fill either a spot in the shared bedroom ($650) or take the other room/bathroom ($800). Located at 8th and Maryland NE, this apartment is central to H St., Union Station, Eastern Market, and Hill office buildings. It is within walking distance to everything, but is also on several bus lines that will take you wherever you need to go on rainy or super hot/cold days. There’s an awesome rooftop deck with views of the Capitol, Monument, and the Shrine.
About the Roommates: Two, 20-something Hill staffers hailing from Arizona and Oklahoma, we keep the apartment tidy and maintain pretty active work/social schedules. That being said, there’s always time to sip some whiskey and enjoy each other’s company while watching old episodes of The Office or binge-watching Stranger Things.
