Housing Available at the Meridian at Courthouse Commons

Looking for a roommate to fill one bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartment in the Meridian at Courthouse Commons, with the lease starting November 1. You would share a bathroom and walk in closet with one other girl, who lives in the adjacent sunroom. The room is very spacious and the dimensions are 10’x13.3′. Rent is 890 without utilities which are on average around $100. You would be living with two easy-going, friendly, and clean Jesus-lovers! We are just a seven minute walk from the Courthouse metro, and very close to the Clarendon Whole foods and Trader Joe’s.
