Large unfurnished room with good-sized closet, balcony, and small loft, for rent in a very quiet 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Your bathroom is located inside your room. It will be available ASAP/ May 12th but the date is flexible a little bit. You would share a two story townhouse with a - 28yo professional female.

The rest of the house is nicely furnished and all you would have to bring is your bedroom set.

The house includes a nice washer/dryer, plenty of parking. There is plenty of public transportation the town house including a shuttle that takes you to the Pentagon City and buses to Crystal City Metro. Drive to Crystal City is less than 3 minutes or 10 min walk. There are two grocery stores, 2 gyms, and a couple of restaurants on our block. You can walk or run on the 4 mile run to Potomac Yards. ( Shopping, restaurants, and movie theater)

Money wise - the room is $900 +the cable bill split by the two of us.
