4 Christian females (mid-late 20s, young professionals) are seeking a 5th roommate in a rowhouse on historic Capitol Hill. The location is unbeatable – 2 blocks from the Capitol South metro, just 5 blocks to Eastern Market.
There are 5 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the house, a large downstairs living area, sunny kitchen, an unfinished basement with lots of storage room, as well as washer/dryer. We also have a parking space behind the house that is available to guests, and plenty of street parking with a Zone 6 permit. The open room gets lots of sun in the morning, has a window a/c unit, and shares a bathroom with 2 other girls.
The rent for the room is $650, plus $50-$125 for utilities depending on the season. A one-month security deposit is also required. The room is available for move-in the last week of March or April 1st.
As a house, we are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and looking for community.
