You should look into Washington and Lee Apartments. They get a horrible review online, but my wife and I currently live there and the reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. Rent is cheap, $1,075 all utilities included and you are walking distance to Trader Joes, Barnes and nobles, Clarendon Metro, tons of restaurants, Whole foods etc. 2 bed rooms I believe run about 1,175-1,200 and still have all utitlies included.
