Basement Available - $600 Falls Church/Merrifield

Hello! Two CF in Falls Church are looking for a third roommate. The space is available 2/1/18. We have a large townhouse and the entire finished basement is available. It consists of a small bedroom, personal bathroom, and large living area. The rent is $600/month and utilities are electric/water/internet and run between $75 and $130 per month (sometimes lower, but never higher). We are about a five minute drive from Dunn Loring Metro and just over a mile away from the Mosaic District. We have easy access to Rte 50/66/495. There is a washer/dryer in the basement that is shared with all roomates, but we will let you know when we plan to use it so your space is never entered without your knowledge. The other two roommates are on the third floor. The main floor has a half bath/dining room/living room/den/kitchen available to everyone. The two current roommates are mid-thirties and keep pretty much to themselves, so the first floor is usually free/unused.
