The basement in our single family home in SE DC will be available starting January 2018.  Rent is $950/month and includes all utilities (+internet).

• Quiet residential neighborhood, 12 min drive to Capitol Hill, very short metro ride into city center.

The laundry utility room in the basement is a shared area and the full kitchen with gas stove on the main level is also shared.  We are an easy-going family with a small/friendly dog and a small/friendly 4/month old baby
