Seeking roommate for a 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse in Reston, VA
I'm seeking a roommate for a 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse in Reston, VA.
It's less than a mile from the Town Center and from the Wiehle Metro Station.
The place has been recently renovated, and is fully furnished, so I'm not looking for any additional furniture. However, you'll need to furnish your bedroom.
I'll be living in the master bedroom, and there is another guy in one of the other rooms.
The room for rent is $750 per month, including utilities.
You'll have to share a bathroom. It does not include a parking spot; however, the other renter does not have a car, so you can use his parking spot until he gets one. (I don't think he's going to get one anytime soon.) In the event he does get a car, there is plenty of street parking about 500 feet away.
The current renter will be moving out on November 20th, depending on his job situation, so you can move in as early as the 21st.

I'd love more info on the apartment. Has the spot already been taken? I'm a student finishing up my degree at American University. I've been looking for a place to live with older, mature, and calmer people. I'm definitely interested!

Sounds good. Yeah, the room is currently available. The current renter will let me know by Monday whether he will be staying or not.
