Falls Church Room Available for CF $700/mo
Hi!
I recently moved out of a house in Falls Church I had been sharing with two girls and I am looking for someone to fill my spot. The house is in a great location along Arlington Boulevard, with Mosaic District, Seven Corners and East Falls Church Metro all nearby. There is also great access to I-495 and downtown Falls Church is only 2 miles away. The rent would be $700/mo plus utilities. Ideally, you would sign a year lease starting 11/1 (A 6 month lease term is also an option, depending on your situation). Please contact me or Stefanie (one of the girls currently living at the house) if you would like to set up a time to come see the place and get to know the girls you would be living with!
