Townhouse Room in Arlington, Courthouse - Available August 1
We're having a room open up (possibly 2) in our 4BR house at the City View townhouses in Arlington!
The room is a large master bedroom w/ 2 walk in closets and a large bathroom. We have a washer/dryer in unit, indoor parking, a large kitchen and spacious common area. It's about a 7 minute walk to the Courthouse metro and 20 minute commute in the morning. $1150 + utilities.

I'm a hill staffer and the other 2 ladies work in the medical field. We love the house and location! The vibe in the house is very social and laid back. We're all friends and enjoy spending time together. Please message me for photos if you are interested! We would love to have you stop by!

Is this room still available for the fall? I am moving to DC area for grad school at George Mason University and am looking for roommates/housing starting end of August!
