Looking to fill 2 rooms in amazing house 4 blocks from Union Station! (JUNE 1 move in)
I have a roomie getting married and the other moving away June 1 
but you can live with me!
We have a basement suite available for $1200 and a gorgeous master suite available for $1400. Both have their own bathroom. The house has a huge open floor plan with half bath and a nice back patio. The landlord is also great! You just need to be clean and considerate

I may be interested in the house and was wondering if you would allow a cat in the house. I have a super sweet and chill 3/12 year old kitty who doesn't spray or mess with furniture or anything like that.
