Looking for Roommate to fill Master bedroom in Capitol Hill Rowhouse on May 1

Two female working professionals in mid-twenties looking for a female roommate who is laid back but responsible. Looking for someone who is like-minded and adventurous; someone who loves good tunes and good, clean house parties…occasionally but not all the time because we understand the need to hustle to survive this competitive city. We’ve both worked/lived abroad and love trying new things and new food and hosting guests. 

 

The house is 3 bed and 1.5 bath. It’s old and gorgeous but newly renovated so you won’t feel like you’re living in a box or a closet. The room is a huge master bedroom with plenty of light and windows and a large closet. Easily can fit a queen bed, desk, and other furniture. There is a cute, little back yard where we have our planter boxes. We love our neighbors and we love the neighborhood. We hope you will too!

 

The house is located about 7 minutes from Union Station. It's close also close to main bus lines going downtown. It’s very close to the Senate Buildings and the Supreme Court. Eastern Market is about a 15-minute walk away. Giant and Whole Foods is close by on H Street.
