F Roommate/Housing Wanted near Dupont Area

I am looking for a female roommate and/or a place to live in Dupont Circle or nearby areas (Foggy Bottom, Downtown, Shaw, Adams Morgan, West End, Logan Circle, Columbia Heights). My budget is up to $1,600 (including utilities). I'm looking to move by March 1.

I'm a female in my early 20s who enjoys exploring the city and game nights. I have some furniture for common space areas if needed.
