CF Looking for a Roommate to join a 2bd Place in DC
Hello:
I am looking for a roommate to help me in my search for a 2 bd 1 ba in DC in either Capitol Hill, Brookland, Rhode Island Ave, H street, Bloomingdale, Union Station or NoMa close to a red metro line if not close to my job for a year long lease. Also open to living close to where I currently am in Columbia Heights/Petworth.
About myself:
- Early 30s
- Friendly, considerate, courteous, and outgoing
- Works as in downtown DC by Capitol Hill
- Usually a pretty busy person,
- But I enjoy friendships, having people over and sharing meals, and desire to foster a sense of Christian community
- I like to get out and enjoy the city on weekends
- Clean, but definitely not a neat freak
- Enjoy exercising (I have a bike)
Ideally looking for someone similar who is neat and courteous. Sorry can't do pets
I have a flexible move in date and am willing to work with your housing needs
