We all have pretty busy schedules, so none of us are home all too often at the same time. We love to barbecue on our front porch and plan social events at the housee. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and who understands busy lifestyles! The room for rent is $1,090/month + utilities and is a nice bedroom located on the third floor. It has a large closet, some shelving on the wall, and a nice window that opens towards the street so you get nice lighting.
