CF – private room available near Stadium Armory // $875 // July 1st

Hello ladies! 

We have an opening in our house for a Christian female, in an upstairs private bedroom, with it's own porch overlooking the backyard. Rent is $875 + utilities ($50-65) a month, and the room is available July 1st (potentially sooner if required), for a 6 month lease until 12/31/2018, with the potential to extend if the landlords decide to continue renting.  

The room is part of a fun and eclectic row house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a full size washer/dryer in the basement laundry room. Hardwood floors throughout, and natural light. There's a large fenced backyard with a brick patio and a front porch with a swing, where we love to sit on beautiful evenings! 

The house is an easy 2 minute walk to the Stadium Armory metro. So you'd have train and bus access on the major routes that run downtown. Eastern Market/Lincoln Park is a short bike ride or walk away. And if you have a car, there is always plenty of street parking close to the house.

The three other roommates are CF professionals in their mid-late twenties.We'd love our house to be welcoming and a place of rest, whether that's hosting game nights, Bible study, dinner parties or friends that occasionally come to town. We're firm believers that community is important, and as roommates we have a great opportunity to invest in each other and have chosen to block off time each week to ensure we spend time building our friendship and encouraging each other on things happening in our lives. These nights together are usually the highlight of the week, so we'd definitely love to have you join!
