Flexible, Temporary Furnished Room on Capitol Hill Available for CF
I am a Christian female looking to share my home with another Christian woman. I have a 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with plenty of common area.
Available: 1 bedroom with your own bathroom. The room is already furnished. The length of lease is flexible, but welcome short-term.
Neighborhood: Townhouse is on a side street that is off the beaten bath and typically quiet. (Some construction going on in the neighborhood). Located in Hill East, the room is about a 7 minute walk to Potomac Ave. Metro and near 495, 395, and bus routes. There is free Zone 6 parking in front of the house. All utilities, cable, and internet are included in the $1250.
