CF for Ballston house $667/month plus utilities (early July)

3 Christian young professionals are looking for another woman to share a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house in Ballston. One roommate is moving because of her job, so the move-in date would be early July. Rent is $667 per month not including utilities, which run about $60-100 a month for internet, cable, water, and gas. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood near (1.2 miles/about 25-minute walk)  the Ballston metro. There are 4A and 4B bus stops that are both under a 5-minute walk away. There is ample free parking if you have a car. The roommates are women in their late 20s and early 30s. The room is a great space because it has a separate entrance and a small 'den' attached.
