2 rooms in expansive single family house, NCC roommates
I am about to advertise the greatest group house I have ever lived in. Some NCC'ers have a huge 10 bedroom house in south Arlington, VA in the historic area of Columbia Pike. 2 of those rooms could be yours! The rooms include a master bedroom and guest room on the first floor, and the house is well kept and has a huge backyard and free street parking. It is a 10 minute drive on 395 to Barracks Row, 12 minute drive to Penn Quarter, 10 minute drive to Clarendon metro area, and 10 minute drive to the Rosslyn metro area. The rent is only $1,050 total per month for both rooms (!), and renters split the electricity bill. The other utilities (including internet and wifi) are paid by the landlord. The room is available August 15th but the start time is flexible. It's one of the best deals in the DMV!
