Small Furnished Room for CM in New NOMA Apartment - $750/Month incl. Utilities
Married CM lawyer seeking a roommate for 12 months while wife is studying abroad. Fit with the right person is paramount, as I will be traveling frequently and work long hours.
Location: convenient location only a few minutes walk from the NOMA/Gallaudet Metro station on the Red Line and Harris Teeter Grocery Store. Also relatively close to the Giant grocery store on H and 3rd and a little under 10 minute walk from the Whole Foods on H St.
Apartment: is new and 850 square feet with a balcony. Fully furnished kitchen with high-end equipment (I love to cook). Nicely furnished living space. Large bathroom. Building comes with small fitness center, party room, front desk service, etc.
Room is small. 8 ft x 11 ft with a double bed (high-end pullout with a Tempur-Pedic mattress) and a small closet. Small room is ideal for someone who views their room as a place to sleep but likes to enjoy the rest of their apartment during the day.
