Christian Home near Tysons Corner seeks Christian Female Housemate for Basement Suite
Our lovely home on a leafy cul-de-sac in McLean, Virginia, seeks a Christian woman for a four-month-minimum stay. We are the perfect launchpad for you if you are moving to town and want the security of a family home before deciding on where you would sign a one-year lease. You are welcome to stay longer than four months, of course; current housemates have been here two years!
The suite consists of a bedroom, sitting room (with a desk and study area), small patio facing the lovely woods behind the house, and private bathroom; the suite comes with garage parking. Our nearest metro station is the McLean Station, not walking distance unless you are quite a walker.
The house is three stories and has a living room, dining room, family room, and a deck looking out over the woods. Family members and guests are welcome, with accommodation on three sofas. We share a kitchen and two full-size refrigerators. Wi-Fi is free, and paper goods, laundry soap, and dishwasher soap are provided. Light household chores rotate weekly, and the housekeeper comes periodically.
Rent is $1,000 per month. The electric bill is divided equally. All other utilities are included in the rent. The suite is available on August 16.
