One room available in a Brentwood row home, about a 15 minute walk from the Rhode Island Metro and you will have easy access to Route 50/New York Ave.  It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The available room is in the basement and is the largest room in the house with two closets and its own bathroom. The room is partially furnished as it can include the wood vanity/dresser. The current housemates who are staying are a dance teacher in her early 20s and another early 20s female graduate student.

Rent- $800

Utilities – ~$80

Security Deposit -$400

Neighborhood: Brentwood is a transitional neighborhood; we are less than a mile from a number of great new restaurants in Brookland and a 10 minute walk from a new local brew-pub. We’re a 7 minute drive from Union Market and 10 minutes from H Street. We have wonderful neighbors who live directly behind us and two other great couples who live across the street.

There are currently no pets in the house, but a well-behaved dog would be considered.

Utilities are split among the 3 housemates. Off-street parking available in the back of the house. We also have unrestricted parking in the front of the house. Room will be available Sept 1st will be a year long lease
