Room w/ Private Bath in Sterling Condo for CM ($1000/mo includes all utilities)
Hi,
I'm going to have a second room available in my condo in Sterling, starting August 12th. The room has its own bathroom and spacious closet. It's on the second floor of my ground-level unit. The condo itself has a nice kitchen, wood floors on the main level, and a TV room with a large sectional sofa.
I'm a 27 year old male professional and grad student in International Affairs. I work and study a lot and prefer a somewhat quiet home, although the occasional social gathering is always welcome.
