CM Room available near Eastern Market - $1130
Up for grabs is a bedroom in a house of Christian guys in the Eastern Market neighborhood of Capitol Hill.
The
location is an 8 minute walk from Eastern Market metro station
(Blue/Orange/Silver line), which means it's also a short walk to the
many eateries and destinations on Barracks Row and Pennsylvania Avenue.
The only thing it lacks is a Trader Joe's (which is coming this
fall/winter). The house is one block from Lincoln Park, which is a nice
oasis in the summer months.
The house is a
historic brick rowhome with ample street parking and a nice back patio
suitable for grilling/chilling. It's a nice finished basement room with a fireplace, and the second largest in the house. The room has a separate entrance to the back patio.
Your roommates will be 3 other Christian young professional guys in their late 20s and early 30s.
Rent
is $1130 + share of utilities. The lease term is 1 year and the move-in date is September 1st.
