$600 CM Young Adult Shared Townhome in Fairfax

We are looking for a young adult Christian Male to move into our Townhome September 1. It is a shared townhouse with 3 other young adult Christian males who keep the place clean and get along great. 

The rental is for a private room and a shared bathroom with one other clean male. The house is furnished, has a 65 inch TV, and other goodies.  You will also have access to a community gym and outdoor pool.  It is located is near the intersection of West Ox and Monument in Fairfax. The house is 6 miles away from the Vienna Metro station. Let me know if you would like to come and check it out...

Rent is $600 plus $100 flat rate utilities which includes (Electric, Cable, Internet, Gas, Water, Trash and a house cleaner that comes twice per month) $700 total per month.
