CF - Room available near Courthouse Metro

My roommate and I are looking for a CF to live with us in our 2 BR/den. The available room is the den, and it’s about 12′ x 12′ with floor to ceiling windows. You will be sharing a bathroom and walk-in closet. We are located 0.3 miles away from Courthouse metro (orange/silver).

We are flexible with the lease start (August-September). 1-year lease agreement preferred.
Rent is $938 + utilities (<$70/month).

My roommate and I really enjoy the large space of the apartment and the location! We're both involved in our churches and like to describe ourselves as pretty easy-going and sensible :)
