Room available for CF in Capitol Hill luxury apartment- $1150

I’m looking for a CF roommate to join our apartment on Capitol Hill in October. The room is spacious with a full closet and two bay windows. The apartment amenities include a rooftop pool, grills, movie theatre, gym and club room. Utilities normally run between $50-70.
