Hello!
I have a room available in my house. It's a 4 bedroom house with a laundry room/office space. Plenty of storage space in the gararge. Nice back yard for a bonfire/BBq. 15 min drive to metro. The house is 15min from DC, In Upper Marlboro in a nice quiet community. Rent is $950 with utilities included.
Hoping to rent the room late August or September.
