The Environment

We are a group of 20's/30's young, professional, Christian guys living in an environment where real men can live out their faith together. We are seeking clean and respectful men who desire to live lives that are pleasing to God. The house is a place where men can live out lives in a real and impactful way for God with the support of the community.

Not only do each of the guys make the house a great place in and of themselves, but we strive to mature our relationships through regular house activities, support each other by participating in/attending events together, and otherwise hanging out in the evenings and on the weekends.

The Embassy: The name of the house is derived from 2 Cor. 5:20 as we are called to be ambassadors to our own world. Very simply, ambassadors live in an embassy; DC is the home of many embassies. It's a natural fit.

The Guys: Current housemates are men is their 20’s/30’s, working professionals.

If interested, please contact me with a little bit of information about yourself so we can setup a time to talk further.

Testimonials:

I was introduced to the Embassy through Craigslist and lived there for two years until I got married. I was drawn to the group of men first and foremost because of their strong Christian values, which is hard to maintain in a setting now far from the college days. My expectation of the house was a respectful group of people, but what I found was an incredible group of guys that I could share my joys and sorrows with. The Embassy was truly the best living arrangement I have ever been in. The Embassy is never boring, is always a great place to meet new people daily, and enjoy Christian fellowship and support through the good and bad times. –Casey

When I first moved to DC, I was concerned about where I could find quality roommates. The Embassy not only provided me an amazing house to live in, but a living standard akin to my values cultivated with intention, integrity, and a focus on making an impact on those in the surrounding area. –Sam

I am truly thankful for my 1 1/2 years at The Embassy because I saw men of God encourage, support, pray for, and fellowship with each other. Never did I have to worry about someone stealing my stuff or bringing my girlfriend, now wife, over to spend time there. If you value living out Christian community in your home life, this is the place for you. Oh yeah, they love to have fun! –Steve

I had been living alone for 8 years and was looking for a place to live that focused on community. I came across Jason's ad and knew it was exactly what I was looking for. My stay at The Embassy was a little less than a year and a half, but I would have gladly stayed longer if the DC/Arlington area had been a better fit for me. Having roommates was an initial concern; honestly, these guys were the best environment I have lived in. The guys in the house are the most sincere, positive, encouraging, friendly, faith pursuing group I have ever met. Cheers to Jason for making a faith centered environment in such a barren place. –Whit
