Room for CM in Eastern Market - $800
Up for grabs is a bedroom in a house of Christian guys in the Eastern Market neighborhood of Capitol Hill.
The location is an 8 minute walk from Eastern Market metro station (Blue/Orange/Silver line), which means it's also a short walk to the many eateries and destinations on Barracks Row and Pennsylvania Avenue. The only thing it lacks is a Trader Joe's (which is coming this fall/winter). The house is one block from Lincoln Park, which is a nice oasis in the summer months.
The house is a historic brick rowhome with ample street parking and a nice back patio suitable for grilling/chilling. The room is the smallest of the 4, but is easily large enough to accommodate a queen size bed, a desk, a dresser, and a bookshelf.
The roommates are all Christian young professional guys in their late 20s and early 30s. One is an artisan. Another, a merchant. Another still, a craftsman of code. All are attendees of churches in the area.
Rent is $800 + share of utilities. The lease term is 1 year and the preferred move-in date is August 1st (but flexible until September 1st).
