Transitional Housing Available for CM on Capitol Hill
I live in a 2br unit on 15 and E NE with my Australian Shepherd puppy, Peaches. We’re more than content living on our own, but we’d like to open our home to anyone who's in a housing crunch, in between jobs, or figuring out that next step. Ideally, someone would start sometime in July or perhaps early August. This is a very open and flexible situation and is usually meant for someone to stay 1-3 months.
It would be month to month and at $725/month it gets you rent, utilities and Peaches’ (my dog) hugs and kisses. If needed, I can provide a full mattress and other basic furniture.
We’re super close to H street and not too far from Blue/Orange/Silver Metro lines (Stadium Armory)
