August Room for rent NoMa $700
I am looking to sublease my room for the month of August. The townhouse is on the corner of 1st and N street NW, 20001. The price is amazing at $700 a month and utilities are about $50-$80. I have two female roommates both in their early 20s and work on the Hill. The house is fully furnished including the bedroom-- did I mention it has a walk in closet!? It is a cute and comfy house that has a large deck in the back with a large kitchen and dining room. The roommates are busy gals but enjoy having the occasional dinner party on the weekend.
