Room for Rent in NoMa $800 Month July 27 - Aug 31
I am looking to sublease my room from July 27 to August 31. The townhouse is on the corner of 1st and Street NW, 20001. The price is amazing at $800 a month. I have two female roommates both in their early 20s and work on the Hill. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom can be if needed-- did I mention it has a walk in closet!? It is a cute and comfy house that has a large deck in the back with a large kitchen and dining room. The roommates are busy gals but enjoy having the occasional dinner party on the weekend.
