Room Available Capitol Hill Rowhouse - CF, Move In July 1, Rent $1050
We will soon have a room in our row house available for a Christian girl interested in joining two other ladies starting July 1.
About Us:
Two female working professionals in mid-twenties looking for a female roommate who is laid back but responsible. Looking for someone who is like-minded and adventurous, who loves good tunes and good, clean house parties occasionally!
We’ve both worked/lived abroad and love trying new things and new food and hosting guests. The house is 3 bed and 1.5 bath with two working fireplaces and tall ceilings. It’s old and gorgeous but newly renovated so you won’t feel like you’re living in a box or a closet. There is a cute, little back yard where we have our planter boxes. We love our neighbors and we love the neighborhood. We hope you will too!
About the House:
The house is located about 7 minutes walk from Union Station. It’s also close to main bus lines going downtown, the Senate Buildings and the Supreme Court. Eastern Market is about a 15-minute walkaway. Giant and Whole Foods is close by on H Street.
The Room:
The room is a mid-size bedroom with a window overlooking the back yard, a closet and large overhead storage space. It can fit up to a queen bed and desk, or other furniture. Rent is $1050 a month, average utilities are ~$75/month for internet, electricity, water, and gas. One month’s deposit and rent are due on move in. This is taking over the lease of a current roommate and would last until April 30, 2018.
