Basement for rent in renovated home in SE DC $900 including all utilities
The housemates: Fun loving married couple in our early 30s. We have lived in DC for the past three years, work in government, love to run, hike, watch sports and visit new places in DC. We also lead a weekly small group on Thursday evenings.
The home: Three level newly renovated home in SE DC off of East Capitol Street. We are 6-8 blocks from two metros. We would recommend a car in this area.
Your space: A spacious basement with your own bedroom, bathroom and living space and a private rear entrance.
Shared space: The kitchen (first floor) and washing machine/dryer (lower level) would be shared space. We would hope that our new roommate feels comfortable to use the space as their own!
Price: We are open to a single male or female or a married couple. Rent is $900 including all utilities, cable and internet.
The lease: 6-12 months (flexible) with an October 20th move in (flexible)
