Female roommate needed in Capitol Hill-near Stanton Park/H St.

Hello girls! Do you know of anyone in immediate need (or early June) of housing? We have one spot available at a newly-renovated row house on 5th St NE. Whole Foods, Giant, Starbucks, and numerous restaurants and coffeeshops are all within a couple blocks, and Union Station is a brief 10 minute walk away. Inside, the house is quiet and clean, with two outgoing roommates who work in journalism. Best features include a huge kitchen with lots of storage, full appliances (including a washer and dryer), brick fireplace, and lots of natural light. The room available would be shared with one other girl, but has lots of space and two closets. Contact us if you’d like to come visit some evening this week or weekend!
