Hello - Prospective House Mate:

We're currently in the search of someone who values community and doesn't mind having people over frequently. We like to open our house for parties and worship nights or movie nights. Obviously it's not something we'll have every night of the week but we're all people lovers. Introverted people who like to host? But also love our personal space too haha

1 writer/dreamer

1 itinerate speaker/gentle dove

1 cook/musician/awkward turtle

We all have day jobs too but who cares about that?

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

June 15th move in - July rent will be prorated. The house sits in Navy Yard, you have the option to have a smaller room with a private bath or a slightly bigger room with a shared bathroom on the 4th floor. Prices will vary. If you do decide to move in, you will be required to sign a lease with our property management company but they seem to be flexible - I'm sure if something came up you should be able to move out if you were to find a replacement.
