Seeking CF for lovely Columbia Heights home in June
We are seeking a Christian female to take over a room available in our townhouse starting June 15th (dates can be flexible). The 3-story, 5-bedroom row house is shared by five Christian women (mid-20s to mid-30’s) who are all working professionals with a variety of interests. It’s an easy, clean, and hospitable home with plenty of space and located just 2.5 blocks from the Columbia Heights metro. Aside from easy metro/bus access, it’s just a five minute walk from great restaurants, cafes, and bars on 11th and 14th streets, and a short walk/bike ride to great outdoor spots like Meridian Hill Park and Rock Creek Park.
The bedroom is $920 per month with a private balcony and the bathroom is shared with just one other roommate. Utilities and Internet are additional and vary depending on time of year, but average around $80 a month per person.
