CF Roommate Needed in Beautiful Apartment in NOMA - June 12th Move-In
Hi all!
I'm looking for a CF roommate to occupy the den-converted to bedroom in a beautiful 1 Master Bedroom/1 den + two full baths apartment in NOMA starting June 15th. The complex is called Senate Square and is located on H St. very close to Union Station. The rent would be about $1200 + utilities for your own bedroom with two closets and full bathroom.
About me: I'm a recent graduate from Georgetown University and will be working for CNN starting in June. I love having people over for coffee or wine nights, working out, spending time with friends and cooking. I'm actively involved in my church (HTC in McLean) and am really fun-loving! I view home as a place to relax/decompress.
About the apartment:
- beautiful, big kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- private outdoor patio
- in-unit washer & dryer

- gym (just a few steps away from our door in the same building!)
