CLARENDON - MASTER BEDROOM/BATHROOM AVAILABLE BY JUNE 1ST -- $1300

We are seeking a 3rd roommate to fill an opening in our 3 bed/3.5 bathroom townhouse by June 1st (early move-in an option!). The 3rd bedroom is the largest of the rooms and is by itself on the 3rd floor. There are THREE closets with one of those being a walk-in. There is also a full bathroom and a balcony! 

The second floor consists of 2 more bedrooms and a W/D. On the first floor, there is 1/2 bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, and common area. All of the first floor is fully furnished.

The available room does not have a door, but when the other 2 roommates are home -- which is not often given work schedules and travel -- they are either in the common area on the first floor or in their rooms with their door shut. Previous occupants of the 3rd floor room have said noise and privacy are not an issue.

The location of the townhouse is fantastic! It's on the edge of Courthouse in Clarendon with plenty of restaurants in the area. The Whole Foods, The Market Common shopping center, and Rocky Run park are all an arms reach away. Trader Joe's is easily walkable as well. It's about a 6-8 minute walk to Courthouse and Clarendon metro stops. 

The room is $1300 a month, and the cable/wifi and electric bills are split evenly between the 3 roommates. There are 2 parking spots that are shared (included in the rent price).

The 2 women currently in the place are in their late 20's and early 30's. We are Christians seeking another Christian female in her 20's or 30's. We like to think we're easy going and welcoming . We keep the common areas tidy, rarely leave dishes in the sink, non-smokers, and do our best to evenly share the household responsibilities.
