Seeking CM for Master Bedroom in Rosslyn Apartment
Hello!
Our roommate is moving out to pursue higher education so we are looking to fill the master bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Rosslyn, Arlington
The Room:
This spacious master bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, two closets available to be moved into June 1st. (move in dates can be flexible if needed before June 1st)
The Roommates:
We are two young professionals in our mid-20s who are social, friendly and pretty laid back. We help by keeping the common areas clean but are not too overbearing. The apartment is pretty quiet and relaxed during the week.
The Apartment Building:
Situated perfectly in the heart of Rosslyn, great shopping, dining and nightlife are steps away. With Clarendon and Georgetown in your "backyard," you'll have the best of the city available to you. In addition, amenities included on-site are
- 24/7 Concierge on site
- Lobby Wi-Fi
- Gym
- Swimming Pool
The Neighborhood:
- 5 minute walk to Metro: Blue, Orange, and Silver lines
- Buses, and Zip Car lot across street
- 15 - 20 minute walk to Georgetown
- Located along the Potomac River and close to the biking/ running trails
The Logistics:
- Move in June 1st.
- Rent is $1260/month. Utilities typically runs ~$100.
- We have Xfinity (very fast internet + cable which is included in the utilities)
**Roommate moving out is willing to sell furniture as well **
