CF Looking for Room for Rent Starting in August

Hello! I'm moving back to the DC area, and I'm looking for a room in a houseful of Christian women. I'm quiet, neat, and love to whip up a sweet treat! I'd prefer CapHill, Hill East, Eastern Market, or Alexandria, if possible. I have a small pup that I'd love to bring with me, though I know rentals  that all allow dogs are far and few in between.

A bit more about me: I'm friendly and extroverted but also really enjoy a quiet evening in, as I 100% prefer being with a few close friends than in a noisy crowd. I'll be checking out a place in Old Town this afternoon and will need roommates. Have you found a place? If not, would you be interested in Old Town? I'm not holding my breath considering the popularity of the area and the fact that I don't have roommates yet, but I want to check it out.
