Seeing CF roommate for townhouse in SE DC - $700 per month, June 1st move in
I'm looking for a CF roommate to share a two bedroom, one bath townhouse in SE DC in the Fairfax Village area beginning June 1st with a 12 month lease. Full rent is $1500 per month. One bedroom is slightly bigger than the other and has a loft area, which is why the room available is less for rent - $700 per month.
The townhouse is unfurnished, 1100 square feet. There is a good amount of closet and storage space, and many windows for plenty of light. The townhouse will have a washer/dryer, new range stove and refinished kitchen. Parking is on the street.
Shared spaces would include the bathroom upstairs, the kitchen, dining area, and living room which are on the main level.
The only utilities we are responsible for, and would split evenly, are electric and cable/internet.
You must be ok with a cat. I have a super cute, sweet, and chill 4 year old kitty named Pebbles.
