Looking for CF roommate in Apartment in Potomac Yards, Virginia
I am looking for a CF to sublease my bedroom in the Bell Del Ray Apartments in Alexandria, Virginia. You can move in as early at May 20th and the lease lasts until December 16, 2017 with the option to renew then!
You would have the master bedroom with your own bathroom and a walk-in closet. The apartment also includes an awesome balcony with a great view of the courtyard and pools! You would share the living area with one Christian Female (she is awesome!)
Rent is about $1200 each month and includes all utilities except power which runs about $35 per person per month.
