Looking for CF for Eastern Market Master Bedroom $1200+ utilities
We are 2 professional women in our late 20s/early 30s who work in the District, attend churches nearby, and enjoy a great balance of quiet chill time on our own or having friends over to enjoy the roof deck, back patio, or a cup of hot chocolate by the fireplace! We are really fun. 
About the room: a very large master bedroom suite in a 3-bedroom row house two blocks from church. Hardwood floors, lots of light from the westward-facing windows, two large closets, and another linen closet and several cabinets in the en-suite bathroom. It’s quiet, looks out onto the back patio and trees, and has enormous amounts of storage space.
About the house: Capitol Hill row house, brand-new large kitchen, fireplace, private patio, and a roof deck. 3-minute walk to Christ Our Shepherd/Church of the Resurrection, 10 minute-walk to Eastern Market metro station and Barracks Row, 5 minutes to Lincoln Park, 5 minutes from Eastern Market, and 20 to H St and Union Station. The landlord retains a property manager who is very responsive.
