Seeking CF - Capitol Hill house- June 1

Basement unit in Capitol Hill house with full, private bathroom avail June 1 for $900/month.  The recently renovated home will be shared with 3 women in their late-20s- mid-30s.  The house includes a backyard, shed, second floor porch,  spare bedroom, large shared living areas, beautiful kitchen and zone 6 parking. 1 mile from both Union Station and Eastern Market metro stations, and a few blocks from H street.  Pets are not allowed.  Utilities cost approx $100/month.  Move-in date potentially flexible.
