Falls Church Room in House $530
Our house has 1 bedroom available April 1st depending on your availability on when you can move in. The size of the room is approximately 11’ft by 12’ft and the closet size is 5’ft by 2.5’ft. Rent for this room is $530 per month plus utilities. The bathroom will be shared with one other person in the house. We currently have 4 males living at the house and are looking for one more roommate. The house has five bedrooms. Everyone in the house gets along with each other and that is important to us. We want people who are non-smokers, professional, and clean. All the roommates in the house go to local churches in the area and we prefer someone who goes to a local church as well. About Us: All the roommates in the house have professional jobs in Arlington/DC. Everyone in the house attends local churches in the area. We like to do activities such as biking, national parks, beach trips, happy hours, and host house parties with people from church approximately every month.
